1. Introduction

3. Eligibility

To register and use the baje88 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

baje88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of baje88 services, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on your account and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. baje88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms. baje88 reserves the right to close any account where inaccurate information has been provided and to withhold any funds held in such an account pending investigation.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active baje88 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the device, browser, IP address, or payment method used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, baje88 will close the duplicate account, void all associated bonuses, and may permanently close the player's primary account at its discretion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

baje88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and approved bank transfer services. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). baje88 does not accept payments in cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account cashier at the time of the transaction. baje88 reserves the right to amend deposit and withdrawal limits at any time and will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. baje88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including mobile financial service operators, banks, or network issues. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the baje88 account holder.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to a specific bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions at the time the offer is made. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.

baje88 takes a strict stance against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed exclusively to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is suspected, baje88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

baje88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn or amended after a player has already accepted it, baje88 will honour the terms applicable at the time of acceptance to the extent reasonably practicable.

7. Game Rules & Betting

All casino games available on baje88 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and European Blackjack — are governed by the rules specified within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on the Platform and information provided within the game itself, the in-game rules shall prevail.

Sports betting on baje88 covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, tennis, and other sports as available. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled in accordance with baje88's sports betting rules, which are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

12. Amendments & Governing Law
